This large 4-bedroom family house is walking distance from Sag Harbor’s Main Street and its beaches, has a heated pool and sleeps up to 8. It’s a beautiful Hamptons home, with polished dark wood floors, white painted wood panelling and a large outside deck. There’s plenty of room for a family, with large living spaces, a designer kitchen and a lawn for the kids to play ball on. It’s a lovely place for a family getaway from the city at all times of year, with a pool for the summer and a stone fireplace to warm you up after wintry walks at the other end of the year.

  • 3 good sized queen bedrooms, and 1 kingsize room, all made up impeccably in a minimalist beach house style
  • 1 twin room with 2 single beds and toys, plus characterful sloping ceiling
  • The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom
  • Uncluttered and stylish living space, with easy chairs and a sofa, a work desk and a stuffed goat’s head on the wall
  • Stunning kitchen with a pine dining table, sleek white units and stainless steel appliances
  • A separate TV room has 2 twin beds/ day beds plus a wall-hung flat screen TV
  • There’s also a book nook with a day bed upstairs
  • 3 full bathrooms with underfloor heating, including one with a divine square shaped tub
  • There’s a large lawn with heated pool with swim lane and decking

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

Gina was a superb host! Very easy to communicate with and flexible on our arrival and departure times. There was a bottle of rose waiting for us upon arrival, and the house was neat & tidy. We loved the layout of the house, with ample kid quarters for sleeping upstairs and a great playroom on the first floor. Kitchen had all the essentials, and the pool was a nice complement to the easy beach access just down the road at havens. We enjoyed walks into town with the kids for donuts and coffee in the mornings. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The havens beach residence is really charming and well located in a quiet neighboohood. The home is very well equiped. The swimming pool is very big. There is a lot of toys for children of all ages . The home is no far from the beach . Just notice that there is no curtains everywhere is the upper bedrooms, so the children woke up early with the sun. We had a very pleasant stay in this beautifull home.

We had a great stay! Wonderful for a family catch up. The house has everything and is very relaxing comfy place for a holiday. We loved the area too! Lots of gorgeous beaches, cafés abs restaurants! We would come back again and recommend it to anyone!
