Outside there is a hard tennis court, small golf course, basketball, bocce court, outdoor fire pit and a huge outdoor shower. The heated saline pool has a child safety fence and lots of lounging and seating options, as well as 2 dining tables and a large Weber grill.

Style Notes

A modern take on a traditional Hamptons home, with much of the furnishings and fixtures designed by Bonetti/Kozerski studio in SoHo. Floors are hardwood and the bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The lounge is filled with light from a striking window and the large great room is perfect for entertaining, with 2 wood burning fireplaces and a Sonos sound system. The outdoor space is equally enticing with a wraparound deck made for play and relaxation and a freeform swimming pool. We love the yoga room with its unique wall decorations, the newly-added wet bar (ideal for entertaining), and the pretty bed linens.

Sag Harbor, The Hamptons

Sailboats, shopping and the sea

It’s hard to believe this quaintly charming village was once an international port, but Sag Harbor’s whaling history put it firmly on the map as a commercial center. These days, you can get a taste of what life was like at the Whaling Museum, or walk the historic lanes around Main Street dotted with galleries, independent boutiques and 18th century captains’ homes, before strolling past the sailboats in the harbor itself.
