A home made for gathering, this upscale modern beach house with heated pool and wooden deck includes a large yard for running and basketball hoop. It is central to the best of Sag Harbor, 5 minutes from the village and 10 minutes from Main Beach, with the CMEE (children's museum), Goat on a Boat Puppet theater, live music at the Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Hanks Pumpkintown in fall and much more on offer. Fully equipped with a sleek kitchen and plenty of toys and books for kids, the house offers something for everyone.

Why Kids Love it

This house is equipped with baby toys, older kid toys, books galore, a heated swimming pool, pool toys and a plastic 'roller coaster' on the lawn. The fenced garden is grassy with shade and plenty of space to run. Kid’s bicycles and a basketball hoop included. Sag Harbor has many kid-friendly attractions, from the village with multiple restaurants and ice cream shops, Mashashamuet Park with a fabulous playground and tennis courts, Goat on a Boat Puppet Theater, and several fun shops. The ocean and bay beaches are within a quick drive or bike ride.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 days during the summer. There are ungated stairs up to the master bedroom, but stair gates can be arranged. The pool is right off of the house and is not fenced. There are also steps to the basement, but small children cannot reach the locked door. A cleaning service comes once per week. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic. In July and August you will need to purchase a beach sticker. Washer/dryer, central air conditioning and WiFi are included. The nearest commercial airport is JFK or LGA.

About the Location

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, and very central to the best of Sag Harbor. Sag Harbor is a great central point for exploring the Hamptons, while having many key attractions at your fingertips. The house is located 10 minutes from Sag Main Beach, 5 minutes from Sag Harbor Village, and 5 minutes from the Wolffer Estate Vineyard. Sag Harbor village has a great farmer’s market on Saturday mornings. Just 10 minutes to downtown Bridgehampton, which has more shops and restaurants, as well as a wonderful library.

Accommodation Details

This modern beach house includes an outdoor space with large fenced lawn, heated swimming pool and wood deck with outdoor dining, a Weber grill, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen and open dining room with table seating 10, a living room with fireplace, a den with fireplace and TV, and 3 bedrooms - 1 with a pair of twinsize beds plus a toddler bed, 1 with a queensize bed and 1 with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom includes a jetted tub, large shower and double sinks.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

We had a wonderful week at the Sprig Tree Residence! The house was super kid friendly with thoughtful touches throughout- a selection of books and toys, pool noodles, a water table that kept our toddler happy for hours, a plastic rollercoaster for toddlers and young kids, and a swing set in the spacious backyard. We loved playing in the heated pool and eating lobster rolls on the deck. Rhonda was quick to respond to any question. I would highly recommend this house as a vacation base for exploring the Hamptons.

The Sprig Tree Residence is really perfect. It is located 5 minutes from the center of Sag Habor. It is tastefully decorated,very well equiped and there is plenty of toys. The garden is wonderfull and the swimmingpool is big. The house was very clean and well maintained. Rhonda make sure our stay was perfect and answered very quick when we had a question. I recommend this house highly
