This beautiful Provençal villa with a pool, a short drive from the beaches of Pampelonne and Saint-Tropez, has a separate guest apartment with a private entrance. The main villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a kitchen, dining area and lounge while the guest apartment has 2 ensuite bedrooms. Surrounded by lush gardens and terraces for relaxing and dining, it is a short drive from the heart of Saint-Tropez town and is on a quiet road in an exclusive area.

Why Kids Love it

The villas has a lovely pool and garden and it is a short drive to the famous beaches of Pampelonne, near the port of Saint-Tropez. The villa is a 5-minute drive from the centre of the town. The owner’s 2 children have holidayed here since they were born. It is ideal for a single family with children of all ages. Note that younger children may need supervision around the balconies and outdoor steps. Some toys are provided for young children.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 1 week. Some child safety issues for those with younger children/toddlers: there are ungated stairs and part of the garden is terraced. The swimming pool is ungated but has a pool alarm and half the property is fenced. Children must be supervised in and around the pool. There are some artworks that should be moved out of reach of small children. Some bedrooms have doors direct to a balcony or outside terrace. Apple TV and Sonos music system included along with 2 TVs.

About the Location

The residence is 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Saint-Tropez town on a quiet road in an exclusive area, close to Tahiti Beach and Pampelonne Beaches. Car rental essential. The closest airports are Nice Côte-d’Azur Airport, a 1.5-hour drive, Marseilles Airport, a 2-hour drive and Toulon Airport, a 1.5 hour drive.

Accommodation Details

This villa and guest house have a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a pool, mature gardens and sun terraces. The main house has 3 bedrooms, including 1 with twin beds and 2 with queensize beds, while the guest house, which has a separate private entrance, has a pair of guest bedrooms, both with queensize beds and ensuite bathrooms. The main house also has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.

Style Notes

Provençal style. With white walls, modern art and sculpture plus views of gardens and palm trees, this luxurious home is typical of the area. Ceiling fans, tiled flooring and white walls keep it cool in the heat. We love the graphic type headboard in the master bedroom and the nautical guest room with its display of buoys and world map headboard, made for dreams of travel.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

Millionaire moorings, moules and magic

Set on France’s sublime southwest coast, between Toulon and Cannes lies the sizzling jetset town of St-Tropez, known for its celebs, yachts, and links to that irresistible 60s icon Brigitte Bardot. Meander cobbled lanes in the old fishing quarter, walk the coastal paths and beaches, watch old men play pétanque and marvel at the quaint beauty. Kids will adore counting the mega-yachts, spending their pocket money in the sweet shop in the main harbor and swimming off Pampelonne beach. Further afield is Aqualand, with water slides for all ages and a kiddy pool for youngsters.

Great location, awesome views and very spacious. The house has everything you need to make yourself feel at home. We would definitely recommend it.
