Style Notes

Desert cool. The home feels fun and stylish, decorated with a contemporary desert style in mind. The fully loaded kitchen is modern, all of the furniture is new, and all of the restrooms have spa-like features to create a truly relaxing experience. Contemporary décor and gorgeous hardwood plank flooring complements the high ceilings, while the stunning kitchen boasts birch cabinetry and ample countertop space, along with the convenient center island (with seating for 4). We love the mid-century style pieces in the living room, the industrial-style sliding door to the bedroom and the rustic textures used in the casita, referencing the rugged backdrop of the surroundings.

Hi! I'm a wife, mom , and host! I love traveling with my family. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Sedona, Arizona

The red rock wonderland

Lace up your hiking boots and get exploring: Sedona’s red rock landscape will make adventurers out of even your smallest children. Trails suiting all ages can be found amidst astonishing curvaceous rocks and burnt orange cliffs. Even more towering cliffs are found at the Grand Canyon, around 2 hours away, and visits to Montezuma’s Castle and Montezuma’s Well just outside Oak Creek also include a look at archaeological finds. Add to that jeep tours, Sliding Rock State Park (pack swimsuits!), the chapel of the Holy Cross, and astronomy tours at night and outdoorsy families will find plenty to do.

I would give this property more than five starts if I could! It was spectacular. Every detail was thoughtful. The kitchen was a dream, the patio was beautiful, and the game space kept our kids occupied while we grilled in the evening. It was impeccably clean. There was curated advice and information on everything we needed, from day hikes to grocery stores. Highly recommend!
