Style Notes

Modern luxury. The home was completed in 2015 and has wood floors, wood beams, original art, beadboard paneling, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It was designed to be a comfortable vacation in the most scenic destination. Bedrooms have unique wall hangings and details including a set of blue/green vintage lockers for elegant and interesting storage; ceiling fans keep things cool in the summer heat. We love the outdoor space, the blush pink walls and the green accents, along with the well chosen seating in the lounge/dining area, and the fantastic location.

My husband and I are both Arizona natives who grew up vacationing in Sedona and now live near Phoenix, AZ with our daughter and son. We built this home for family reunions - it was a family effort! We wanted our city kids to throw rocks in the creek, experience the natural beauty of Sedona and be closer to our family members near and far. So few new-build opportunities come about in Sedona, so when we saw this small neighborhood development, we were so excited to create a semi-custom home with a great layout and location. We've had many good experiences staying in other vacation rentals by owner for our family trips. Kid & Coe is so appealing for families and/or people who appreciate quality style while on vacation. There really is no reason to settle for a bland hotel. When not using the home ourselves, we would love to share it with you.

This home was perfect for our family with 3 little ones. Our kids loved the bedroom with the lockers (which have some fun toys and games) and toddler table and chairs. We appreciated that there was a pack n' play and high chair in the closet, plenty of supplies, and kids plates and utensils! Becky was a great host allowing us to check in a little early and offering a beautiful welcome book with tips and recommendations for everything needed. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Sedona, Arizona

The red rock wonderland

Lace up your hiking boots and get exploring: Sedona’s red rock landscape will make adventurers out of even your smallest children. Trails suiting all ages can be found amidst astonishing curvaceous rocks and burnt orange cliffs. Even more towering cliffs are found at the Grand Canyon, around 2 hours away, and visits to Montezuma’s Castle and Montezuma’s Well just outside Oak Creek also include a look at archaeological finds. Add to that jeep tours, Sliding Rock State Park (pack swimsuits!), the chapel of the Holy Cross, and astronomy tours at night and outdoorsy families will find plenty to do.
