I have been in the Travel industry for over 20 years creating bespoke authentic villa vacations in Italy . I grew up in Tuscany and moved to NYC in my twenties. I now live in the city with my husband and two boys. As a family, we love spending our summers in Italy, enjoy the endless experiences that this amazing country offer and connect again with our roots and culture. Creating beautiful memories for many families that stay at our villa and sharing our authentic passion is what we are most grateful for.

Siena, Tuscany

Crazy horses and cobbled squares

Siena’s ravishing medieval architecture is usually lost on children. Pique their interest with an adventure up the bell tower, a gallop through the narrow streets and a gelato at half time while jazz drifts through the air from the renowned music academy. Twice each summer there is a three day medieval-style event with a costumed parade in which men race around the town square bareback on horses in a wild race called the Palio, making for a most memorable experience.
