Style Notes

California casual. Full of natural light and interesting details, this space emanates that laid-back West Coast style. Design touches include a newly-renovated kitchen with gorgeous views of the hills, finished with a chic breakfast bar and luxurious stainless steel appliances. Pops of color and a playful kids room add character to the neutral white palette. We love the blue kitchen cabinetry, the sleek marble materials in the bathroom and the cozy textured rugs.

Silver Lake, Los Angeles

Friendly and full of independent spirit

This eastside neighborhood between East Hollywood, Los Feliz and Echo Park, has great food, plenty of hipsters and chilled vibe that charms families and singles alike. Pick out your lunch at the Tuesday and Saturday Farmer’s Market at Sunset Triangle Plaza (a polka dot painted pedestrian zone), stroll or job round Silver Lake Reservoir, take pedal boats out on the lake at Echo Park Lake, or join a Family Art Workshop at Barnsdall Park, former haunt of Frank Lloyd Wright.
