On the ground floor of a stylish apartment block with its own doorman, the apartment is in the 17th arrondissement packed with shops, wine bars and restaurants. It is well set up for a family stay with a full kitchen and family-sized dining area. As well as a stylish and spacious master bedroom there is a child’s bedroom with books and toys. A sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space if needed.

Why Kids Love it

As well as a bedroom set up for children with toys, books and games, there is outdoor space – rare in the middle of the city – with a trampoline to burn off excess energy. There are bicycles at the property to explore the city’s cycle routes. Park Monceau is perfect for a picnic, with its 18th-century colonnades and follies. It is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. It is easy to get around the city by train and metro from the residence. A toddler bike for young children is available at the property and there are bike rental stations nearby.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 5 days. The second bedroom has a child’s bed suitable for a child up to 10 years old. There is children’s dinnerware, Stokke high chair, WiFi and a washing machine but no dryer. Car rental is not required in Paris – many of the sights are within walking distance or accessible by public transport. There is no parking; car rental not recommended with easy public transit options nearby.

About the Location

The residence is in the 17th arrondissement of Paris in the Ternes neighborhood, and is an hour’s direct train ride from Paris’ Orly Airport. The apartment is a 10-15-minute walk to L'Arc de Triomphe and 30 minutes to the Champs-Élysées. Metro Charles de Gaule Etoile is only 10 minutes away by foot and from here a direct train by RER A takes you to Disneyland Paris. There is a typical French market, shops and plenty of restaurants to try in the local area.

Accommodation Details

The property is on the ground floor of an apartment block. There is an open plan lounge-diner with a table seating up to 4 and a kitchen area with an island. There is access to the private patio with garden furniture and a trampoline. The master bedroom has a queensize bed and the child’s bedroom has a bed suitable for a child aged 2-10. A crib can be added on request. A family bathroom has a tub, separate rainfall shower and double sinks.

Style Notes

Modern family. This newly renovated and decorated apartment is bright, airy and sophisticated with rooms that flow into each other and make the most of the available space. The dining area that opens out onto the private patio gives a breezy feel and the kids will love the books and toys. We love the marble-topped counters in the kitchen, the contemporary lighting and the designer wallpaper.

We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Guests cancelling up to 6 weeks before their stay get 50% refunded. For those cancelling less than 6 weeks before a stay, no refund is due.
