This bijou bohemian apartment with a garden and 2 kids’ rooms is just 2 metro stops from The Pompidou Centre. It sleeps up to 8 + 1. The space is child-friendly with a family-sized dining table and space to play outdoors in the small garden. Local food shops are on the doorstep and it’s great for preparing meals with a fully equipped kitchen.
This apartment has plenty of toys and books for all ages. There is a park with a play area about 2 minutes’ walk away. The rooms are bright and cheerful and kids will adore the fun, indoor swing. A travel crib for a baby can be provided on request. The attractions of the French capital are easily accessible and Disneyland Paris is 45 minutes away by train.
Minimum stay: 7 nights. There are no internal stairs in this apartment. Entrance is granted with an entry code. The residence is on the first floor of a traditional Parisian building, and has easy access, but there is no elevator in the building. It is on a calm, quiet street that's off an avenue and close to several metro stops. Note that there is no car parking at the building. Car rental is not essential; the city has great public transportation options.
This residence is on Rue Deguerry in Folie-Méricourt, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It’s a central location and a great starting point to explore the city. The home is walking distance to Belleville, the Butte de Chaumont Park, the Canal St Martin and the Place de la Republique and the adjoining, vibrant district of the Marais. Walk 10 minutes to Rue de la Folie Méricourt where you’ll find trendy bars, cafes and charming, contemporary art galleries.
This family apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor without an elevator. There is an open plan space with a kitchen / diner and a sitting area. Other rooms include a primary kingsize bedroom (160cm) and 2 kid's room with 2 small double beds (120cm). The bathroom has a shower and a soaking bath tub and there is a separate bathroom with a toilet. A double sofabed in the living room is for 2 additional guests if required and there is a travel crib. There is a small, enclosed patio garden filled with plants and cushions.
Parisian-Scandi chic. This bright and light city apartment has been recently renovated to be contemporary, while keeping its original Parisian charm. The kitchen has all modern, new appliances, wood-topped counters and a bar, while the bedrooms are neutral with pops of color. There are bookcases everywhere stuffed with paperbacks. We love the contemporary photographs and drawings, the eclectic, comfortable furnishings and the little garden, perfect for soaking up the sun and reading one of those books.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Emilie's charming home. The space was perfect for our family of five -- more spacious than expected with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of local amenities and easy access to public transportation. We were aiming to feel like true Parisians for the week and Emilie's home was the perfect choice. We had a wonderful stay here at Emilie’s home. It was beautifully positioned for us to explore Paris, in a quiet street but close to restaurants, shops and the metro. It had everything we needed for our stay - really comfortable and we loved hanging out in the apartment at the end of each day’s exploring! Our kids loved their rooms, and Emilie was brilliant at being in touch with us with recommendations/local knowledge! We’d definitely recommend Emilie’s place to others and would choose to come back ourselves too! Thank you!
The apartment was beautiful and our host friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We are a family of four; each of the kids had their own room and plenty of space in the living area (including access to a small terrace at the interior of the block) and kitchen. The apartment is also in a great part of Paris, away from the touristy sections but close to great bakeries, dining, and parks.
My two sons, aged 4 and 6, and I had an amazing stay in Emilie’s apartment. The apartment location is excellent for an extended stay in Paris. The neighborhood felt calm and quiet yet had everything we could want and we were an easy bus ride from all of the museums we wanted to visit and the Luxembourg gardens. I felt like we were all able to get a sense of what it would be like to really live in Paris, from finding my favorite spot for a latte 10 feet from our front door to becoming a regular at the bakery on our way to the bus to explore the city. I would highly recommend Emilie’s apartment if you are traveling with children and are looking for space and a fun, peaceful neighborhood. The apartment itself was spacious and the kitchen was perfect for cooking pasta on the nights we felt like staying in. I hope to get a chance to go back soon!
To say we loved our time at the Rue Deguerry Residence would be an understatement. It was a wonderful location perfect for our young family. We were able to enjoy city sights while also finding some off-the-beaten-path spots. Great accessibility to parks and greenspaces, in addition to a terrace which was perfect for our little kids. Emilie was lovely and we can't wait to visit again!

Three bedrooms and an outdoor terrace were ideal for our stay with two young children, a grandparent and two parents! There were two metro stations, and two bus stops that were easy walking distance with a 5 and 3 year old that enabled us to explore all parts of Paris! Books, legos, the terrace and the indoor swing kept the kids entertained when we weren't out exploring. I only engaged with Emilie via text, but she was always responsive and kind. The next time we come through Paris- I would stay here again!
