One of the apartment’s rare gems is its private terrace, the perfect spot for your morning coffee just outside of the living space. You’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafes right outside the door, as well as a food produce market and pretty pedestrianized park area in the nearby Square Bréguet Sabin which runs down to Bastille.

Why Kids Love it

The smaller kids room has a few selected toys for little ones and you’ll be well placed to explore the kid-friendly attractions in the area. Just around the corner you can let the kids run around in Square Bréguet Sabin park and playground, and it’s a short walk to the urban art center Atelier des Lumières, or 20 minutes from Le Musée de Poche modern art museum with a children’s area.

Things to Know

No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Please be aware the home’s security system incorporates a camera which will only capture footage in the event of the alarm being activated. In order to have the toddler bed ready, please reach out to our guest services team when booking. The property management team can also help with additional services such as a crib or high chair.

The nearest metro station is Bréguet - Sabin, just 3 minutes’ walk and it’s a short walk to Bastille. Beyond Bastille, you’ll be in Canal St Martin, known for its pretty streets and independent stores.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom has a double bed, separated from the living room by elegant glass panes fitted with blackout shades for privacy. The second bedroom has 1 single bed and can be fitted with an additional toddler bed on request. You'll find an open plan living/dining and kitchen space which leads out to the garden.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival. In addition to the hostU+FFE2s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
