The colorful kids’ bedroom has a high cabin beds with steps, so make sure your kids are comfortable navigating these. That said, there are plenty of toys and books and the additional playroom/kids bedroom is perfect for rainy days. Out and about, they’ll enjoy Parc de Belleville with its playground and panoramic views of Paris, puppet theater Marionnettes du Champ de Mars and Le Musee de Poche, a contemporary art museum nearby with activities for all ages.

Minimum stay: 3 nights. Safety notes: There are windows that open to a balcony – young children should be supervised. The primary mezzanine suite is not suitable for young children. No smoking, pets, or parties. This apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator. The 3rd bedroom/playroom features a child's bed that’s only suitable those age 6 and under. There's no microwave. A meet and greet, luxury toiletries, towels and linen, a hotel clean and WiFi are all included in your stay.

This apartment is in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. The district is hip with a lively village atmosphere popular with foodies, revellers and art lovers. There is an amazing market a stones’ throw away, Boulevard Richard Lenoir. For a delicious lunch in a Parisian marché atmosphere, local favorite Le Marché des Enfants Rouges on Rue de Bretagne is a 15 min walk. You’ll be centrally located and close to metro station Bréguet–Sabin, a 2-minute walk. The nearest train station is Bastille, about 20 minutes on foot. Get here on Eurostar from London arriving at Gard du Nord or fly to Paris’ main airport Charles de Gaulle CDG (60 mins via metro or 45 mins by taxi).

In the family bathroom, you’ll find a bath with overhead shower, a wash basin, and the washing machine (tucked behind a curtain).
