While there are no toys or books for children here, there’s a piano in the living room for budding musicians and the patio provides a small space for fresh air when they need to escape. Further afield, there’s a swimming pool and city park with a playground less than 5 minutes away.

About the Location

The apartment is located in the 13th arrondissement, just a few minutes’ walk from the Corvisart subway station. It’s 5 minutes’ walk to the Italie shopping center and 15 minutes’ walk to the famous catacombes of Paris. It’s under half an hour away from the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Notre Dame - all accessible via subway. The airport is around 1 hour away by train or 45 minutes by car.

The living/dining room has double doors leading out to the balcony, while the kitchen is located on the other side of the balcony patio. The kitchen also has an eat-in table for 4. Upstairs, the primary bedroom is on the third floor, with a queensize bed and doors to the roof terrace. This floor also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor, you’ll find 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Style Notes

White and light. The apartment is packed with architectural design details, including the exposed beams under the eaves on the top floor, and the double height ceiling in the living room. We love the stunning curved staircase leading from the dining area and kitchen, the contemporary (decorative) fireplace in the living area and the stylish bathroom tiling.
