About the Location

The apartment is located in the 16th arrondissement, 4 minutes’ walk from Boissière metro station on the north side of the river Seine. It’s equidistant between Arc du Triomphe and Trocadero, Museum of Modern Art and the beautiful Bois de Boulogne park. You can walk to Alma’s Bridge or the Eiffel Tower, and it’s around half an hour to Le Marais for the rest of the city’s great museums.

Accommodation Details

The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. The property has 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed and a double sofabed in the living room. You’ll find a minimalist kitchen and dining space, plus a separate living room with clever corner seating booths. There’s an ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom (with walk-in shower).

Style Notes

The home is furnished in cool, modernist furnishings, with a minimalist white colour scheme throughout. When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival. In addition to the hostU+FFE2s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
