This spacious home is just steps away from green parks, and well-placed to explore the sights of nearby Montmartre - known as one of Paris’s most romantic destinations. Head to the famous steep steps to climb up to Sacré-Cœur cathedral (around 20 minutes away on foot) for the best views of the city - or take the fun Funiculaire with kids to save tiring out little legs!

Why Kids Love it

While there are no toys or books for kids here, there are plenty of family-friendly activities to enjoy in this part of Paris. There’s a city park at the end of the street (Square des Batignolles) with a skate park and pond, and it sits opposite the beautiful Martin Luther King Park, which has another skate park, a playground and sports courts. There’s also a public swimming pool less than 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment, and a choice of nearby theaters and cinemas for kid-friendly evenings out.

Things to Know

No smoking, pets or parties. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. This home is situated on the 3rd floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. Car hire is not essential due to the central location, close to fast and efficient public transport.

It’s just half an hour from the international airport (or around 1 hour by train). The world-famous sights of central Paris are within easy reach: the Eiffel tower, the Louvre and the Champs-Élysées are less than 30 minutes by subway.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a separate living room and dining room (with a dining table seating 6), as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast bar. The bathroom boasts a corner bathtub and overhead shower, plus a separate WC. The primary bedroom has a kingsize bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds - ideal for kids to share.

Style Notes

Light and bright. This pretty apartment is flooded with light thanks to the large, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space. The hosts have decorated with bold splashes of color and patterned rugs to create warmth and texture to the home. We love the deep ochre hue of the dining room, the traditional parquet wood flooring and the eye-popping red of the kitchen.
