For those who are here to explore the beauty of this city, it’s located in the popular Saint-Paul Village area, known for its antique shops, art galleries and cafes on picturesque cobbled streets.

Why Kids Love it

The apartment doesn’t have any toys or books for little children, but there’s space for the whole family in the open plan living area and it’s just 2 minutes’ walk from the nearest playground. For older kids and teens, it’s 15 minutes from the popular museums of Le Marais, and you’ll be on the right side of the city to visit the Paris Zoo (less than half an hour away by metro).

Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with stairs up to the entrance. It is a duplex apartment split over 2 levels. Guests with allergies should be aware that a dog usually lives here, but will not be present during guest stays. Please note, there is only one WC and this is on the lower floor.

About the Location

Just minutes from Notre Dame, the museums of the Marais and Bastille, this apartment is located in one of the most desirable parts of Paris. It’s a short walk down to the river and Ile Saint Louis, with Notre Dame cathedral just 15 minutes away on foot. The nearest metro stations are Saint Paul (5 minutes) or Sully-Morland (2 minutes). The airport is around 45 minutes away by car or train.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. You’ll find an open living/dining space on the main floor, with a circular dining table, 2 sofas, TV and unique glass ceiling allowing views from the upstairs level. This leads to the kitchen, and there’s also a separate WC on this floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom has a kingsize bed and an open bathroom with a freestanding tub.

Smart and sophisticated. The hosts have used deep, rich hues to create a hotel-like atmosphere here, which feels relaxing and welcoming despite the strong design credentials. Rich brass materials and dark woods feel enveloping, while subtle retro touches add character to the space. We love the unique glass ceiling feature, the unique mirrored headboard in the second bedroom and the elegant artwork.

We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.
