Parents will love this simple yet chic apartment, with space for the kids and a full equipped kitchen for easy family meals. It’s in a picturesque and desirable location, yet just 15 minutes away from most of the city’s world-famous sights.

Why Kids Love it

This apartment doesn’t have any toys or books for little kids, so it might be better for families with kids aged 4 and up. However, it’s in a great location to explore the child-friendly sights of the city. It’s a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens where there’s a playground, science museum and puppet theater. The other direction will take you to Jardin des Plantes, home to the city zoo, botanical gardens and the natural history museum (both 15 minutes’ walk).

Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. The apartment is located on the third floor but there is an elevator. There's no TV here but there's an overhead projector available.

About the Location

This residence is located in the bustle of the 5th arrondissement, close to the famed Latin Quarter, known for its stately buildings, botanical gardens and vintage bookshops. It's also just round the corner from the renowned Rue Mouffetard, one of Paris's oldest streets bursting with historic architecture, romantic cafes and artisan food stalls. The Les Gobelins subway is 9 minutes’ walk; Port-Royal train station is 7 minutes away. The airport is around 1 hour away by train or 45 minutes by car.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The cozy living/dining room features double windows opening up onto the street, a handy desk and a dining table for 4. There’s a separate kitchen (with a washing machine) and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom boasts a double bed, as does the (smaller) second bedroom.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival. In addition to the hostU+FFE2s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.

Beautiful space, nicely appointed apartment, all amenities clearly available. Four stars for family friendliness because we brought our 2 year old and had to set so many boundaries as to what was off limits; this isn't an apartment that is 100% tailored to kids. But it worked great!
