Why Kids Love it
This apartment doesn’t have any toys or books for little kids, so it might be better for families with kids aged 4 and up. However, it’s in a great location to explore the child-friendly sights of the city. It’s a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens where there’s a playground, science museum and puppet theater. The other direction will take you to Jardin des Plantes, home to the city zoo, botanical gardens and the natural history museum (both 15 minutes’ walk).
Things to Know
No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. The apartment is located on the third floor but there is an elevator. There's no TV here but there's an overhead projector available.

There’s a separate kitchen (with a washing machine) and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom boasts a double bed, as does the (smaller) second bedroom.
