Notre Dame is just 15 minutes’ walk, as is the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens (which has a puppet theater and art museum).

Why Kids Love it

While there are no toys or books for little ones here, there’s plenty for kids to enjoy neary. Children of all ages will love exploring the Jardin des Plantes (under 5 minutes’ walk) which has riverside botanical gardens, a zoo, an outdoor theater and a natural history museum.

Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. This home is on the fifth floor, but there is an elevator. The trundle bed in the second bedroom folds out to become a double, ideal for 2.

Right on the corner of the Jardin des Plantes, the apartment is located just a stone's throw from the banks of the River Seine, right in the middle of Paris's ancient Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement With 2 subways just minutes away (Place Monge or Jussieu), it's easy to whizz around town to see the sights via train or on foot. The airport is around 1 hour away by car or train.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s an elegant living room with access to a balcony, a separate dining room and a compact kitchen. The primary bedroom has a queensize bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower-over-bathtub). The second bedroom has a double bed; the third bedroom has 2 singles. The family bathroom also has a shower-over-bathtub combo.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.
