It’s 10-15 minutes’ walk to the Eiffel Tower and the same distance to the historical landmarks of Les Invalides. The airport is around 1 hour away by train or car.

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all set on 1 floor. The spacious living/dining room includes a oval table for 5, and the separate kitchen includes a relaxed dining nook/breakfast bar. Bedroom 1 includes 2 single beds (which can also be set up as 1 large double on request); bedroom 2 is fitted with a double sofabed; bedroom 3 has a double bed. The main bathroom has a shower-over-bathtub, while the second bathroom has a walk-in shower (plus the washing machine/dryer).
