Set in a quiet, pretty street in a family-friendly neighborhood, there’s plenty to do on foot (including many creperies, bakeries and coffee shops) as well as 2 subway stations nearby.
Why Kids Love it
The children’s bedroom has a few toys and a small bookshelf for bedtime reading. There’s also a small playground at the end of the street if they need to run around, or they can head to the gardens at Sacré-Cœur where there is loads of green space as well as a carousel and other amusements for families.
Things to Know
No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. This apartment is on the fourth floor, but there is an elevator. A cat usually lives here, so if you struggle with allergies it's probably not the home for you.
About the Location
Minutes from the buzz of hip Pigalle and an easy stroll up to the historic heights of Sacré-Cœur, there’s plenty to explore here. This popular area is known for the Sacré-Cœur cathedral (15 minutes’ walk) which offers spectacular views over Paris (via 222 steps up or a funicular ride that’s great for kids) and pretty, romantic streets all around. The nearest subway stations are Blanche (2 minutes’ walk) or Place de Clichy (4 minutes’ walk). The airport is around 1 hour away by car or train.
Accommodation Details
The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all set on 1 floor. A colorful open plan living space includes a dining table, sliding doors and the integrated kitchen. There's also a little desk tucked by the window - handy for a spot of work. The primary bedroom has a queensize bed; the second children’s bedroom has a single bed plus a second single trundle bed. The bathroom has a shower-over-bathtub.
Style Notes
Mellow yellow. This bright and light home is filled with large windows, allowing light to flood in (as well as views over the rooftops of Paris). Highlights of color add interest to this cheerfully designed apartment, finished with charming botanical accents and contemporary artwork on the walls. We love the cozy seating nook in the living room, the bold lemon-yellow armchair and the walnut wood furniture.

Shopping and the opera
This right bank neighborhood is well known for its fabulous department stores and the Paris Opera. Montmartre is within strolling distance, rue des Martyrs, with its fantastic foodie shops, is close by and there are easy links to the other key parts of the city, making this a neighborhood that works for a long or short stay. Tip: don't just browse the Grands Magasins - head up to their rooftop terraces for a glittering view of the city.
