A child-focused family home within walking distance of Clearwater Beach in The Hamptons. It sleeps 8. Well-suited to families with younger children, the house is fully childproofed and includes a crib, high chair, changing table, gated stairs, and a toddler-friendly bathroom setup with potty and stools, along with baby gates and side rails for beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, and there are spacious dining areas both indoors and outside in summer. The heated saltwater pool is gated and fenced, and the home comes with beach gear including a tent and two cruisers—one with a child seat. Toys and books are also provided, making it fun for kids so parents can relax, knowing little ones are entertained.

The house is perfect for babies, toddlers, and children under 10, with plenty of toys, books, and outdoor space to play. The living area and sunroom offer lots of room for movement, and the large backyard with a heated saltwater pool is a big hit (with supervision). The beach is also just a 5-minute walk away - so you won’t need to pack everyone up in the car - ideal for little ones who love the water and sand.

Minimum stay: 5 nights. Safety notes: the house is well-suited for young children and fully childproofed, with stair gates, cupboard locks, and toddler-safe furnishings throughout. The heated saltwater pool is gated and fenced, and the entire garden is also gated and fenced from the road for both children and animals. The home is dog-friendly (the hosts have a small dog), so it is not allergen-free. Private off road driveway parking is available for up to 2 cars. Pool heating is available for an additional $100/day, and EV charging is offered for $20/day.

About the Location

The house is located in the family-friendly Springs neighborhood of East Hampton. It’s just a 5-minute walk from private Clearwater Beach - perfect for calm, kid-friendly swimming and stunning sunsets. It’s a quick 3-minute drive to Springs General Store, S&S Coffee, and the Pollock-Krasner House. The area is peaceful and residential, with easy access to scenic backroads for biking and walking. East Hampton town and Amagansett are both within a 10–12 minute drive. The nearest airport is East Hampton Airport (15 minutes by car), with JFK and LGA approximately 2.5 hours away.

Accommodation Details

The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. You’ll find a double-height great room, chef’s kitchen with Wolf range, and sunroom. Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs (a twin room and a queensize) and two are on the main floor, including a primary bedroom (kingsize) with direct access to the backyard porch and a nursery with a crib. The home features a front porch with water views, a large outdoor entertaining area with a Weber grill, fire pit, and heated saltwater pool.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
