Xcaret, an Eco-archeological park inspired on Mayan culture and local nature is 45 minutes away; the closest beach is around a 5-10-minute drive, or 10-15 minute cycle.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 2 days. The apartment is on the ground floor. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and they are first come, first served. Tulum is bike-friendly and rental bikes for both adults and kids are available. Air conditioning, hot water and WiFi included. No pets. Private chef, babysitting and tour guide by arrangement for an additional fee. Travel crib available on request.

About the Location

The apartment is in downtown Tulum, not on the beach but a block south of Tulum’s main street. It is a short stroll from local shops and restaurants. Cancun International Airport is around 90 minutes away by car; a small local airport in Tulum is under 10 minutes’ drive from the property. Car or bike rental is recommended for this property, allowing easy access to the beach.

Accommodation Details

This 1-floor ground level apartment has a living room with full size futon bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting and dining area. The master bedroom has a queensize bed and sliding door access to a terrace with jacuzzi. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a shower only.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
