Things to Know

Check in: 3pm-7pm. Check out: 11am. Safety notes: stair gates are provided. The pool cover can be secured for safety at night. Bedrooms are located on the upper and lower levels: sea/garden level and the mezzanine level. The villa is fully staffed and includes: luxury transfers from the airport, a butler, concierge services and housekeeping. A private chef is available for hire and is strongly recommend as an add on. Ask the concierge about spa treatments, dinner reservations, childcare, grocery shopping or any other activities for your trip. Sonos music is wired throughout the villa and outdoor areas. The villa is centrally air conditioned throughout including kitchen and living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, in-home theater and games area. The grounds are gated with code access. Pets may be welcome on request.

About the Location

The villa is just a short walk from the famous Sapodilla Bay beach and steps from the Chalk Sound National Park in the Turks & Caicos. The beaches here are perfect for children, with shallow waters and endless sandy shores. Jet skiing and numerous watersports are available from Sapodilla Bay or try some recommendations from your concierge including snorkeling, island hopping, horseback riding, diving, fishing and much more. There is no shortage of first class restaurants in Providenciales and great options for shopping are also available. Guests can also hire a sister property the Chalk Sound Drive Residence- which sleeps 24. The airport is around 10 minutes away.

Accommodation Details

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Entry is on the ground floor level, which houses 4 of the bedrooms. Stairs lead you up to the great room which includes the open kitchen, dining and living areas, seamlessly extending onto waterfront terraces overlooking Sapodilla Bay. The main entrance is accessible and access to the second level is available via elevator on the ground level. Stairs lead up to the third floor mezzanine, where there is a fifth bedroom, office and in-home theater. On the first level, the primary bedrooms boast kingsize beds and ocean views. Bedroom 3 is accessible, with a shower room, kingsize bed and garden view. Bedroom 4 has 2 queensize beds and a bathroom with a shower-over-bathtub. Bedroom 4 is ideal for children, with 2 queensize beds and a tub. Bedroom 5 is another primate room, located on the third level mezzanine with a kingsize bed, double vanity sinks and views of Chalk Sound. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with luxury toiletries, as well as central AC, ceiling fans, flatscreen TVs.

Barefoot luxury. This luxurious home is furnished with top-of-the-line interiors. The kitchen is fitted with the best appliances for chef and butler service including Wolf ovens and cooktops, Monogram wine reserve, Subzero refrigerators and freezers, luxury dinnerware, flatware and glassware. The opulent indoor living space is complemented by 5,000 square feet of spectacular outdoor terraces, lush landscaped gardens and private docks with over-the-water hammocks. An al fresco terrace dining space is arranged on the second floor for guests to enjoy meals overlooking the ocean. Adjacent to the kitchen is a barbecue pavilion fitted with Wolf and Monogram appliances and service access windows from the kitchen. The 300 square foot negative edge infinity pool with sunbeds and lounge areas is located on the second level with spectacular ocean views. We love the concrete-style contemporary bathrooms, the spectacular double height living space and the unique tree bark coffee table.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
