Why Kids Love it

Children of all ages will love this home. There’s plenty of fun to be had playing games outside, enjoying a dip in the ocean or relaxing in the children's bunk room. The third floor mezzanine houses a games area with a pool table and games for all the family; tucked on the first level is the in-home theater with an 82” smart TV, surround sound and oversized sofa for cozy movie nights. Two additional bedrooms are ideal for nanny or au pair and the home also includes a high chair, crib, pack-n-play and children's teepee. For older children under adult supervision, there is access to kayaks and paddle boards, table tennis and a petanque/bocci court on the property.

Things to Know

Check in: 3pm-7pm. Check out: 11am. Safety notes: stair gates are provided. The pool cover can be secured for safety at night. The villa is fully staffed and includes: luxury transfers from the airport, a butler, concierge services and housekeeping. A private chef is available for hire and is strongly recommend as an add on. Ask the concierge about spa treatments, dinner reservations, childcare, grocery shopping or any other activities for your trip. Sonos music is wired throughout the villa and outdoor areas. The villa is centrally air conditioned throughout including kitchen and living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, in-home theater and games area. The grounds are gated with code access. Complimentary paddleboards and kayaks are available for guests to enjoy. Pets may be welcome on request.

About the Location

The villa is just steps from the famous Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches in the Turks & Caicos. The beaches here are perfect for children, with shallow waters and endless sandy shores. Nearby jet skiing or boat tours will keep older kids (and parents) entertained. Guests can also hire a sister property the Chalk Sound Drive No. 2 Residence- which sleeps 12. The location is 10-15 minutes from Grace Bay, which offers restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is around 10 minutes away.

Accommodation Details

The house has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. You’ll enter at the second level great room, which houses the open kitchen, dining and living areas, seamlessly extending onto waterfront terraces overlooking Sapodilla Bay. An accessible entrance is available via a ramp on the ground level and elevator access to the second floor. The living room features contemporary furniture with a large wraparound sofa and luxurious textiles. Bedrooms are located across 3 levels: sea and garden level, pool level and the main level, accessible by stairs or elevator. Bedrooms 1-7 have ensuite bathrooms with luxury toiletries, central AC, ceiling fans and flatscreen TVs. Bedrooms 8 and 9 share a bathroom. Bedroom 1 features a kingsize bed, double vanity sinks and a terrace bathtub with views of the bay. Bedroom 2 also has a kingsize bed and double vanity sinks. Bedrooms 3, 4, 6 and 7 all have kingsize beds. Bedroom 5 is the bunkhouse, with 3 bunk beds and 2 twin beds, sleeping up to 6 kids. Sofabeds in bedroom 1, 3 and 4 convert into queensize beds for additional guests.

Luxury beach retreat. With over 9,000 square feet of indoor space, this luxurious home is furnished with top-of-the-line interiors. The kitchen is fitted with the best appliances for chef and butler service including Wolf ovens and cooktops, Monogram wine reserve, Subzero refrigerators and freezers, luxury dinnerware, flatware and glassware. The opulent indoor living space is complemented by 5,000 square feet of spectacular outdoor terraces, lush landscaped gardens and private docks with over-the-water hammocks. An al fresco terrace dining space is arranged on the second floor for guests to enjoy meals overlooking the ocean. Adjacent to the kitchen is a barbecue pavilion fitted with Wolf and Monogram appliances and service access windows from the kitchen. Steps lead down to the 500 square foot negative edge infinity pool with sunbeds and lounge areas. We love the double height living space, the unique tree bark coffee table and the concrete-style contemporary bathrooms.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
