Why Kids Love it
Children can enjoy a kids club and an adventure park on site - a real rarity in this part of Italy. The adventure park offers bridges, tunnels and trails suspended in the trees, where adults and kids can both enjoy the fun (for an additional fee). The kids club is available for children aged 3 and up: they offer game tables, cooking classes, a playground, vegetable garden and mini farm where kids can help tend to the animals. For kids and teens aged 12 and up, the game club is a great hang out space with table tennis, football games, board games, multimedia table and game consoles.

About the Location
The resort is located in the heart of Tuscany, 1 hour 15 minutes from Florence. It’s 1 hour from Pisa, Siena and the beaches of the west coast. The estate is home to 25 hectares of vineyards, which produce 6 organic Chianti wines. The hotel team can organize tastings and tours on request. The estate also grows 10,000 olives to produce 100% organic extra virgin olive oil. The nearest airports are in Florence or Pisa. Car rental is essential if you want to explore this rural region, although the hotel team can arrange airport transfers on request.

There are also 7 Villas and 3 Apartments within the estate. Traditional: 31 rooms located in the historic tobacco warehouse. Rooms range from Classic, Superior or Premium, sleeping 2. Some rooms can accommodate a crib or single bed for 1 additional child. Elegance: located in the hotel’s main building, these contemporary rooms range from Deluxe or Prestige, sleeping 2. Some rooms can accommodate a crib or single bed for 1 additional child. Views: located for their advantageous viewpoints around the estate, these Deluxe, Prestige or Executive rooms sleep 2. Some rooms can accommodate a crib or single bed for 1 additional child. Suites: the largest and most luxurious rooms in the main building, suites have a spacious living area as well as a bedroom, plus a patio with spectacular views. Some suites can accommodate a crib or single bed for 1 additional child. Apartments: located in the medieval village, apartments sleep 2 to 4. Villas: choose from 2 to 8 bedrooms, sleeping from 4 to 16 guests, each with their own private pool and kitchen facililties. Guests in the villas or apartments can request extra cleaning services, laundry, chef services, takeaway food or a home shopping delivery.

Opposite the main hotel building is the historic tobacco warehouse, built in the early 1900s for residents working on the estate, this architectural gem works seamlessly with the rural Tuscan landscape.
