The Monticelli Villa

City tax is €1.50 per person for the first two nights and €0.75 per person for the third night, for a total of €3.75 per person. Children up to 14 years old are tax-exempt. City tax is charged additionally on check out.

If the Guest cancels a booking: before the Final Payment is due to be paid (60 days or more prior to the arrival date), the host will retain the Booking deposit (30% of the total amount) as liquidated damages. After the Final Payment is paid, or is due to be paid (59 days or less prior to the arrival date), the Guest will be required to pay the whole Rental price as liquidated damages and the host is entitled to retain the Rental Price already paid. The Guest acknowledges and accepts that if, prior to or during the stay, the Guest or one or more of his/her guests test positive for Covid-19 or fall ill with Covid-19 or with anything else, the normal cancellation policy as set forth above will apply, and no voucher will be offered. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 10% of the booking total.

Custom services (e.g. catering, cooking, transfers, etc) can only be provided by the concierge team. Guests are asked to refrain from asking and/or buying services from third party providers/persons. Rates include: - All the utilities (Electricity, water, villa heating) - Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access - Concierge Service from 9 am to 7 pm. Available for emergencies out of hours. - Maid Service between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm (6 days a week). Extra maid service available on request at an extra charge as indicated in our Service book. - Full gardening and pool cleaning service - Pool heating is not included and price is based upon consumption. Pool heating not available in mid season. - Weekly linen and pool towels change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more - Change of bathroom towels twice per week. - Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available everyday for dinner time prior reservation) up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available. - 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop - Final cleaning - Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request - Soaps, shampoos and shower caps in every bathroom - Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tables and washing up liquid provision upon arrival. - Toilet paper, Kitchen sponge and garbage bags will be provided by our staff throughout your stay (please note that that the garbage will be serviced by staff during maid service)
