Things to know

  • Approximately 25 miles to Amsterdam Schiphol airport and 3 miles to Utrecht Central Station
  • Utrecht’s central location and reliable public transportation makes it convenient to travel to other locations in the country
  • Paid street parking directly in front of the house Monday through Saturday; free on Sundays. Visitors with longer stays can request use of the owner’s parking permit in advance
  • Bedrooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. One of the beds is not adult size, best suited for a younger child.
  • Air mattresses can be provided and the attic can accommodate 2 additional adults and 2 children
  • Stay connected to work and home with free WiFi
  • The toys in this residence are mostly for children between the ages of 4 and 8 years. With advanced noticed, the host may be able to provide high chairs and sleeping arrangements for infants
  • Note that the stairs do not have gates
  • In 2015, The Tour de France starts from Utrecht and the cyclists pass within walking distance from this residence. There are also lots of festivities going on from 1- 4 July!
Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
