This contemporary boutique hotel has a heated pool, bar and restaurant and is set in idyllic Provencal countryside, just fifteen minutes from the picturesque beaches of Bandol and St Cyr sur Mer. It sleeps up to 21 + 3 in total, and each room sleeps two to four people plus a baby. The Mas du Brulat hotel offers 5 kingsize ensuite bedrooms and 3 suites that also include a single or double sofabed in a sitting area. Parents will enjoy the grownup surroundings with a sophisticated bar, an excellent restaurant, and luxury rooms with underfloor heating.

Why Kids Love it

Kids will revel in the laid-back ambiance, exploring the gardens and splashing in the pool that has a shallow area. Children are welcome at the hotel and many of the double bedrooms can be made into 2 single beds. Ten minutes’ drive away there is the motor racing circuit Circuit Paul Ricard where older children can do go-karting, and Parc du Castellet that has 27 zip-wires, adventure trails, caving, biking and more. For horse lovers, there are local treks that can be arranged.

Minimum stay: 2 nights. Rates range from €138 - €370 per night depending on room type and dates. There is daily cleaning included in the price. There are safety bracelets for children to use around the pool, a pool cover and gates around the garden. Other amenities include air conditioning and Wi-Fi. This is a non-smoking property. About the Location

Mas du Brulat is located in the village of Le Brûlat in the Var department of Provence. The area is peppered with rose wine vineyards that the Côte de Provence region is known for. The Circuit Paul Ricard, where the French Grand Prix took place in June 2018, is 11 kilometers from the hotel. A day at the beach is easy here as the coast is 15 minutes away. Flying in? There are airports at Marseille (50 minutes by car) and Nice (1 hour, 45 mins).

Accommodation Details

This residence has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms – 2 are on the ground floor and 5 are on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower, Nespresso machine, kettle, safe, air conditioning and under floor heating. There are 5 kingsize bedrooms and 3 suites, which have a kingsize bed, a sofabed (2 suites have double and 1 has a single) and a sitting / living area. All kingsize beds can also be 2 singles. The hotel has a bar, restaurant with an outdoor terrace, heated outdoor pool, landscaped gardens, petanque court, fish pond, children's games and private parking. Room types: Chambre Confort/Adaptee (€138-195) sleeps 2 and can be linked to the ground floor Suite. Chambre Superior (€148-220) sleeps 2; there are 3 rooms at this size, 1 can be linked to the Junior suite. Chambre Deluxe (€175-248) sleeps 2. Junior Suite (€215-280) sleeps 4 and can be linked to a superior room. The ground floor Suite (€250-345) sleeps 3 and can be linked to Chambre Confort. The first floor Suite (€275-370) sleeps 4.

Style Notes

Modern Provence. Mas du Brulat opened in the summer of 2018 by Olives and Vines. Parts of the building date back to 1594 but the renovation is strictly contemporary featuring rich jewel colors of forest green, deep blue and purple. Colors and textures deliberately mix to stir the senses. The bar is a rich turquoise with a copper top, wicker bar chairs and soft gray easy chairs. We love the playful artwork (Oui, oui Cherie), the room names that are all grape varieties, and the beautiful pool – long enough for several morning lengths before breakfast.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
