Style Notes

Traditional and rustic. The apartment is full of unique architectural details, including the exposed timber ceilings, original fireplaces and exposed stone walls. A charming 4-poster bed and mahogany antique furniture add to the historical feel, while carved wooden doors look magnificently other-worldy. We love the vibrant colorful textiles, the traditional terracotta flooring and the brick arches above the doors.

Verona, Veneto

Where Romeo met Juliet

Straddling the Adige River in Veneto, the stunningly beautiful medieval city of Verona is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is great for adults and kids alike. Castel Vecchio is a great spot to start your tour, with a room of ancient weapons plus a bridge and grassy areas to run around and explore. Don’t miss Juliet’s balcony - Shakespeare’s famous play was set here - or the picturesque Piazza Bra where you can roam in search of gelato. Venice and Milan are close enough for daytrips too.
