It has space for a family, spread out over 3 levels, and is within walking distance of the city's museums and monuments. The location makes daily exploration with kids very easy, with the convenience of returning home for lunch or naps.

The residence is also close to the Potomac River where you can ride a boat, kayak, or rent a paddle boat at the Jefferson Memorial Monument. The clean and playful children’s bedroom with twinsize bed includes an art easel, modern kid-sized furniture and fun (London-influenced) decor. TV and DVD included.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 2 days. The residence has a couple of sets of internal stairs but no stair gates. Car rental is not essential; a parking space is included. Walking distance to bus and underground. Washer/dryer, WiFi, air conditioning and TV included. Travel crib available.
About the Location
The residence is in the Southwest Waterfront area, close to the Potomac River, National Stadium and a few playgrounds. Walking distance to the grocery store, pharmacy and public transportation: bus #74 will take you to the center of the National Mall; L' Enfant Plaza metro station (orange and blue lines) or Southwest Waterfront (green line) are a short walk away. Ronald Reagan National Airport is about 14 minutes away.

This 3-story townhouse includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room seating 6, a second floor with TV room with desk space, 1 bedroom with a queensize bed, and separate bathroom with a tub, plus the laundry room with washer/dryer. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queensize bed and 1 with a twinsize and a trundle bed, plus an additional bathroom.
Style Notes
City style. This 1950s family townhouse has hardwood floors and contemporary decor. A modern and fully equipped kitchen with white cabinets and countertops and stainless steel appliances makes family meals easy and enjoyable. Lay back in the cozy TV room with deep, velvet sofa, and feel at home in the well designed and bright bedrooms. We love the framed Beatles posters and jewel-tone design accents.
