Perks for the Parents
A top floor apartment in West Hampstead, just a few minutes away from a bustling street of restaurants, bars and cafes. It sleeps 4. This is a popular neighborhood for visitors, with Abbey Road Studios just a few blocks away and Notting Hill, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath all within easy reach. Kids can share together or sleep in separate rooms if they wish, and the living area has an open plan feel for parents to keep an eye on little ones while they play.
Why Kids Love it
While there aren’t any toys or books for little ones, there’s plenty to do and see nearby to entertain kids. London Zoo is less than half an hour away, set in the beautiful Regents Park where there is also a playground and boating lake. Older kids and teens will love exploring nearby Camden (around half an hour’s walk or a 5-minute drive) where they’ll find live music venues, eccentric stores and vibrant street markets.
Things to Know
No smoking, pets or parties. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which must be signed and submitted. Please note this property is on the top floor of a 4 story building without a lift, and is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Style Notes
Loft living. This top-floor apartment is flooded with natural light from large, south facing windows which overlook the leafy residential streets. The colorful kitchen has stainless steel splash backs and a blue breakfast bar, while the bold yellow living space creates a sunny and playful feel. We love the eaves windows in the bedrooms, the bold color wall hanging in the bedroom and the super stripey sofas.

West Hampstead, London
The village in the city
Amid the handsome townhouses and wide streets of West Hampstead, you’ll find gastro pubs, family-friendly eateries, unique takes on classic stories at the Tricycle Theatre and a vibrant coffee shop scene. Check out the local library for regular family events, and the Saturday farmers’ market at the local station; Hampstead Heath is lovely for a walk and a swim in one of the three natural pools.
