It's a short walk to the tube so you can get around the city with ease, but there's plenty within walking distance: Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the Tate Britain are all within your neighborhood.

Why Kids Love it

The apartments don't come with toys or books for kids, but they're ideal for families who are looking to explore the sights. It's 15 minutes' walk to St James' Park - a beautiful green spot in the shadow of Buckingham Palace where you'll find a great playground, unique wildlife and get the change to see the regular Changing of the Guard parades. If they need to run off some steam, head to the Victoria Gardens at the river (5 minutes' walk) where there is a small play area, green spaces and riverside monuments.

Things to Know

Minimum stay varies across the year. The apartments are managed by a professional team, 24 hour / 7 Days a week, available on WhatsApp or phone call to help with questions, requests, and to help resolve any issues. There's also a concierge on site 7am to 7pm who can provide a meet and greet service. Ask for additional family essentials such as cribs, baby gates or high chairs if required. The building has 14 apartments on 6 floors, with an elevator. Weekly housekeeping and concierge service is included. Airbeds can be added to accommodate an extra family member for a one-off fee of £75 per stay. Rates include towels and bedding, WiFi, housekeeping and in-room laundry facilities. Sorry - no pets.

About the Location

The building is located in Westminster, 9 minutes' walk from St James' Park tube station. It's less than 5 minutes' walk to Westminster Abbey and even closer to the River Thames. You can catch a river boat from Millbank Pier (8 minutes) or visit the original Tate Britain art gallery (11 minutes). Spend your days getting lost along the cobbled streets and alleyways of this traditional London area, home to both historical monuments and contemporary Michelin-star restaurants. Victoria station is 15 minutes on foot for overground trains and direct lines to Gatwick airport. Heathrow is around 1 hour away by tube/train or car.

Penthouse: from £5,320 per week (sleeps 4 + 1). The penthouse apartment also offers a separate study, an integrated wine cooler and spectacular views of Westminster through the triple-aspect windows.

Smart Georgian. This beautiful red-brick building blends in with this neighborhood's historic architecture - think grand tall windows and sophisticated townhouses. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
