This June, we spent 3 unforgettable days in Paris with 2 young teenage girls – my daughter and her best friend. What unfolded was a dreamy mix of iconic sights, indulgent meals, and just enough curated chaos to keep things interesting. Here’s how we spent 72 hours in Paris with tweens…
Our 3-Day Paris Itinerary for Tweens
Day 1: Instagram-Worthy Spots Tweens + Teens Will Love

11:45 – Arrival in Paris
We touched down mid-morning, checked into our hotel, and hit the ground running.
15:00 – Eiffel Tower
We skipped the long queues and tour of the tower as we had all done it in the past. We did walk under the tower though for obligatory selfies and had ice creams in the shady park next door. The girls were in awe, and yes, plenty of selfies were taken.
Tip: If you tour the tower, book a timed entry tour to avoid the wait. This one was smooth, efficient, and teen-approved.
20:00 – Dinner at Girafe Restaurant
With views of the Eiffel Tower, this spot is all about chic interiors, seafood platters, and a dash of sparkle. A bit of a splurge but absolutely worth it. We sat on the terrace and soaked up the amazing views. You need to book way ahead!
22:15 – 1 Hour Sunset Happy Hour Cruise on the Seine
We wrapped our first night with a golden-hour cruise. The girls loved seeing the city light up from the water.
Day 2: Tween-Friendly Shopping in Paris

10:00 – Shopping in the Marais
The perfect district for teen-friendly Parisian fashion. We wandered through boutiques and concept stores, picking up graphic tees, dainty jewelry, and a few playful accessories.
14:00 – Lunch at Le Grand Café (Grand Palais)
Quite possibly the chicest restaurant we’ve ever eaten at. Under the stunning glass dome of the Grand Palais, we dined in a space that felt straight out of a film set. Classic French dishes, impeccable service, and a terrace setting that had everyone pulling out their phones for photos.
15:30 – The Bubble Show at the Museum (Next to Grand Palais)
Right after lunch, we walked next door to see a surreal and beautifully immersive bubble-themed art exhibit. It was unexpectedly mesmerizing: part science, part sculpture, and totally Instagrammable for the kids. A nice surprise that felt whimsical and light.
17:00 – Perfume Creation Workshop
Hands down highlight of the trip. We spent two hours blending custom scents in a cozy perfume atelier. Each girl walked away with her own signature fragrance and a serious sense of accomplishment. Perfect for teens who love beauty, design, or just doing something different.
18:45 – Riverside Walk + Department Store Shopping
After the perfume workshop, we took a slow walk along the Seine before ending up at a nearby department store for (you guessed it) more shopping. The girls found a few final treasures and declared it their favorite kind of cardio.
22:00 – Dinner at Pink Mamma
A buzzy Italian trattoria in Pigalle, with neon signs, hidden rooms, and truffle everything. We ended up staying for hours, chatting, laughing, and planning our next day.
Day 3: Art, Charm, and a Showstopper Finale

10:00 – Morning Tour at Musée d’Orsay
We started our final day with a guided tour of Musée d’Orsay. The girls were more into it than I expected… maybe it was the dreamy impressionist paintings or the museum’s grand clock windows overlooking the Seine. Either way, it was a beautiful, peaceful way to start a Sunday.
14:00 – Montmartre Tour for Kids
Even teens love a good story – especially when it includes secret stairways, colorful street art, and tales of Parisian artists. Our guide made history feel alive (and surprisingly cool).
19:00 – Dinner at Le Bon Georges
Rustic, elegant, and delicious. The perfect final dinner spot. Cozy enough for conversation, elevated enough to feel special.
21:00 – Moulin Rouge Show
We weren’t sure how the girls would react to the Moulin Rouge, but they were captivated. The costumes, the choreography, the sheer Frenchness of it all. A dazzling finale to a magical trip.
Plan Your Perfect Paris Girls Trip
Paris with teenage girls is all about balancing iconic experiences with stylish, hands-on fun. Mix a few late mornings with big evenings, let them lead on selfies and stories, and sprinkle in a little shopping.
If you’re planning a mother-daughter trip or traveling with tweens or teens, consider this your blueprint for 3 days of Parisian magic.
